Prices, quotes and payment
What's the going rate for a porta potty in the Dothan area?
Standard units start at $175 for a weekend event and $165 for 28 days with weekly service. Delivery and pickup adds $45–$95 per order, set by distance. The price guide lists every unit.
Do you charge per day or per weekend?
Event units are one flat rate that covers a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup. Jobsite and home units bill per 28-day cycle. There is no hourly or daily rate.
Is the quoted price per toilet or for all of them?
Unit prices are per toilet. The delivery-and-pickup charge covers the whole order at one address, so a second unit adds only its unit price.
What is the out-the-door price?
The out-the-door price is the total on your quote: units, delivery and pickup, any same-day fee and sales tax. Nothing is added after you pay unless you order extra service or a unit is damaged.
Why was another company's quote lower?
Lower quotes often leave out delivery, fuel surcharges, card fees or tax. Compare totals, not unit prices. Our quote has no fuel surcharge or card fee.
Is there a fuel surcharge?
There is no fuel surcharge. Distance is priced once in the delivery-and-pickup charge.
Do you charge extra for paying by card?
There is no card processing fee. Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted at the same price.
Can I pay the driver in cash or by check when the unit arrives?
Drivers do not collect payment. Orders are paid by card when booked, or invoiced for approved business accounts.
Do I have to pay before delivery?
Payment is taken when the order is booked so the unit can be put on the route. You get an emailed receipt right away.
Can someone else pay for my order?
The person paying can receive the quote by email or text and pay through the secure link. Give dispatch their email when you book.
Can my church or nonprofit skip sales tax?
Tax-exempt organizations can send an exemption certificate before billing, and tax is removed from the invoice.
Can you hold a quoted price until tomorrow?
Quotes are held for 24 hours. Prices can change for holiday weekends and dates that fill up, so book early to lock the unit.
Do you give discounts for two or more units?
Two or more units at one address share a single delivery charge, which lowers the cost per unit. Larger orders are priced on the quote.
Does the price go down after the first month?
Later 28-day cycles bill the unit rate only, without the delivery-and-pickup charge, so months two and later cost less than the first.
Can I get a written quote to show my boss or committee?
Dispatch emails or texts an itemized quote you can forward. The quote shows every charge and the total.
Delivery and scheduling
Can I get a porta potty today?
Same-day delivery runs on weekdays for calls received by 12 PM (noon) Central within about 35 miles of Dothan. A $75 same-day fee applies. See same-day delivery.
What time will the driver arrive?
Drivers deliver between about 7 AM and 6 PM on a route. You get a morning or afternoon window, and the driver calls about 30 minutes ahead.
Can you guarantee delivery by 8 AM?
Exact times cannot be guaranteed because routes change with traffic and jobs. For an early start, book delivery the business day before.
Do I need to be there when it's delivered?
No one needs to be there. Mark the spot, leave a gate code in your order notes and keep the path clear.
Will the driver call before coming?
Drivers call or text about 30 minutes before arriving. Give a second contact number in case you are busy.
Do you deliver on Saturday or Sunday?
Regular routes run Monday to Friday. Weekend events are delivered Friday. Saturday emergency delivery is possible for an added fee; Sunday orders go out Monday.
What happens with a Monday holiday?
Pickup moves to Tuesday after a Monday holiday at no extra charge.
How far ahead should I book for a weekend party?
Book standard units at least 3 business days ahead, and 1 to 2 weeks ahead for July 4th, Memorial Day, Labor Day and graduation weekends.
How far ahead do I book a restroom trailer?
Book a restroom trailer at least 7 days ahead, and 4 to 8 weeks ahead for spring and fall wedding Saturdays.
What's the latest I can call for delivery tomorrow?
Call by 5 PM the business day before for the next day's route. Earlier calls get better window choices.
Can you deliver Thursday for a Saturday event?
Thursday delivery for a Saturday event is fine at the same flat event rate.
How do I give a location with no street address?
Send a GPS pin or dropped map pin, with the nearest road and gate information. The driver calls if the pin is unclear.
Do you deliver to Florida and Georgia?
We deliver to Jackson, Holmes and Washington counties in Florida and Early, Seminole, Decatur, Clay and Miller counties in Georgia. See service areas.
Which time zone are delivery windows in?
Windows are given in Central Time. Georgia addresses are on Eastern Time, one hour ahead.
Rental length and billing
How long can I keep a porta potty?
Keep it as long as you need. Jobsite and home rentals renew every 28 days until you call for pickup.
Is a month 28 days or a calendar month?
A billing cycle is 28 days from delivery, not a calendar month.
When does the 28 days start?
The cycle starts on the delivery date.
Do I have to call for pickup?
Monthly rentals are picked up only when you call; otherwise they renew. Event units are picked up automatically on the next business day.
Can I return it early without a penalty?
Early return has no penalty. Call before your next renewal date and billing stops at the end of the current cycle.
Is there a contract?
Rentals follow our rental terms, which you accept with the e-signed quote. There is no long-term commitment.
Can I extend an event rental by a few days?
Event units can stay longer. Extra days are quoted on the call; past a week, a 28-day rate is usually cheaper.
Can I schedule the pickup date when I book?
You can set a pickup date at booking. You can still move it by calling dispatch.
Units and what's inside
What does a regular porta potty come with?
A standard unit has a toilet, a urinal, toilet paper, hand sanitizer and a roof vent. See the standard unit specs.
How big is a porta potty?
A standard unit is about 44 inches wide, 44 inches deep and 7.5 feet tall.
Does a porta potty need water or electricity?
Standard, deluxe and ADA units need no hookups. Restroom trailers need a garden hose and a power outlet or generator.
Is there a porta potty that flushes?
Deluxe units flush with a foot pedal and have a sink. See deluxe flushing units.
What's the difference between standard and deluxe?
A deluxe unit adds a fresh-water flush, a sink with soap and towels, a mirror and a little more room.
Do you have a porta potty with a sink inside?
The deluxe flushing unit has a foot-pump sink inside. A separate two-sided hand wash station is the other option.
Do you have a wheelchair-accessible unit?
The ADA-style unit has a ground-level floor, grab bars and a 60-inch turning space. See wheelchair-accessible units.
Do you rent restroom trailers?
We rent 2-stall and 4-stall restroom trailers with flushing toilets, sinks, lights and air conditioning.
Do restroom trailers have air conditioning?
The trailers have air conditioning and heat, and need a steady 20-amp power supply.
How many people can a restroom trailer serve?
Each stall serves about 50 to 65 guests at an evening event. A 2-stall trailer covers about 125 guests.
Can I see a picture of the unit first?
Photos of each unit are on its page. Dispatch can text a photo of the model going to your address.
Do event units look nicer than construction units?
Event units are newer and kept for parties and weddings. Jobsite units are the same design with more wear.
Does the unit come with toilet paper?
Each unit arrives with toilet paper and hand sanitizer. Monthly rentals are restocked at every weekly service.
Can I put my own lock on the porta potty?
Units have a hasp for your padlock or combination lock. Share the code so the technician can service it.
Cleaning and servicing
How often is a porta potty cleaned?
Monthly rentals are serviced once a week. Event units arrive clean and stocked.
What happens during a service visit?
The technician pumps the tank, scrubs and sanitizes the inside, recharges the deodorizer and restocks toilet paper and sanitizer.
Do I need to schedule the weekly cleaning?
Weekly service is automatic on our route for your area. You do not need to call.
Can I get the unit cleaned more than once a week?
Extra service visits are $45 per unit per visit and can be added any week.
If only one person uses it, does it still need weekly service?
Light-use sites, such as a hunting camp, can ask for every-other-week service. Ask dispatch when booking.
Will it smell?
Deodorizer in the tank and the roof vent control odor. In summer heat, shade and an extra mid-week service help.
Is the waste dumped on my property?
Waste is pumped into the truck's sealed tank and hauled to a licensed disposal site.
Can event units be cleaned during a festival?
Multi-day events can add service between days at $45 per unit per visit.
Placement and access
Where should I put the porta potty?
Level, firm ground within about 25 feet of where the service truck can park, away from septic tanks, drain fields and food areas.
Will a porta potty fit through my gate?
A standard unit needs a gate at least 48 inches wide. ADA units and trailers need a drive-through path.
Can it go in my backyard?
Backyards work when the gate is wide enough and the spot is within hose reach of the truck. Otherwise it goes beside the driveway.
Does it have to be on flat ground?
It needs level, firm ground so it does not lean or tip. On soft grass, a sheet of plywood helps.
Can I move it myself after delivery?
Moving a unit can spill the tank and voids the placement. If it is moved out of hose reach, an extra trip may be charged.
How should I mark the spot?
Use a cone, stake, flag or ribbon, and describe the spot in your order notes.
What kind of truck delivers it?
Units arrive on a pickup or flatbed with a trailer. Trailers arrive behind a pickup. Tell us about low limbs, wires or narrow drives.
Can the truck drive on my grass?
Drivers use the shortest firm path. After heavy rain they stay on the driveway to avoid ruts.
Can you deliver behind a locked gate?
Leave the gate code in your notes or unlock it on delivery and service days. A locked gate on delivery day causes a trip fee.
Can I put it on the street?
Placing a unit on a street, sidewalk or city right-of-way needs city approval. Private property usually needs none.
