What restroom setup does a wedding need?
A 100-guest wedding reception of 5 hours with a bar needs 4 deluxe flushing units or one 2-stall restroom trailer. A wedding of 150 to 250 guests needs a 4-stall trailer, or 6 to 9 deluxe units. The bar adds 1 unit for every 100 guests to the base count.

When should we book wedding restrooms?
Book wedding restrooms 4 to 8 weeks ahead for spring and fall Saturdays, and at least 7 days ahead for a restroom trailer on any date. Units are delivered the day before the wedding, or Friday for a Saturday wedding, and picked up the next business day.
Send the venue address, a photo of the spot and the reception times. Light the path for an evening reception, and place units near the reception but downwind of the food.
