Rental Terms & Cancellation Policy
Plain-language terms for every rental. You accept these terms when you approve your quote.
Payment
Orders are paid by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) when booked. Approved business accounts are invoiced. There is no fuel surcharge and no card processing fee. Sales tax is added where it applies; tax-exempt organizations must provide an exemption certificate before billing.
Event rentals
Event rentals are a flat rate covering delivery the business day before the event (Friday for weekend events) and pickup the next business day (Tuesday after a Monday holiday). Event units are delivered clean and stocked and are not serviced during the rental unless extra service is ordered.
28-day rentals and renewal
Jobsite, home and long-term rentals bill in 28-day cycles starting on the delivery date and include one service visit per week. Rentals renew automatically and the payment method on file is charged at each renewal until the renter requests pickup. Units are not picked up automatically. Renewal cycles bill the unit rate only.
Ending a rental
Call (406) 285-7522 to request pickup. Pickup is scheduled within 1–2 business days. Billing stops at the end of the cycle in which pickup is requested. There is no early-return penalty.
Cancellation and changes
Orders canceled 24 hours or more before scheduled delivery receive a full refund. Changes to date, location, unit type or quantity are free up to 24 hours before delivery. Inside 24 hours, the delivery-and-pickup charge is kept and the unit charge refunded. Same-day orders may be canceled free until the truck is dispatched. Card refunds post in about 5–10 business days.
Placement and access
The renter chooses a level, firm spot within about 25 feet of where the service truck can park, clear of septic tanks, drain fields, buried lines and overhead obstructions. Gates must be open or a code provided on delivery, service and pickup days. If the driver cannot place, service or pick up a unit because of blocked access, a trip fee equal to the delivery charge applies. We are not responsible for damage to pavers, landscaping, lawns or driveways the truck must cross to reach the requested spot.
Care of equipment
Normal wear, dirt and construction residue are expected. The renter is responsible for loss or damage beyond normal wear, including fire, vandalism, vehicle impact, tipping, graffiti and items dropped in the tank that block pumping, billed at repair or replacement cost. Units must not be moved after placement without calling dispatch.
Weather
When a hurricane or severe storm watch is issued, the renter may ask for early pickup or for units to be laid down and secured. Rental charges continue during weather delays unless the unit is picked up.
Locks
Renters may add their own padlock or combination lock and must share the code with dispatch so units can be serviced. Units that cannot be accessed on service day are not serviced and are not credited.
Permits
Renters are responsible for any permits needed to place units on streets, sidewalks, rights-of-way or at public special events.
