How does same-day porta potty delivery work?
Same-day delivery works when you call by 12 PM (noon) Central on a weekday and your address is within about 35 miles of Dothan. Dispatch adds your stop to a truck already on the road, and the driver calls about 30 minutes ahead. A same-day fee of $75 is added to the quote.
- Call and give the address, unit type and how long you need it.
- Dispatch confirms the price and a delivery window, usually the same afternoon.
- You approve the quote by text or email and pay by card.
- Mark the spot and leave a gate code if no one will be there.
What if I call after noon or on a weekend?
Calls after noon get the first delivery slot the next weekday morning. Saturday morning calls can get emergency delivery when a driver is available, with an added fee. Sunday orders are delivered Monday morning. Towns farther than 35 miles usually get next-day delivery.

Which emergencies need a porta potty today?
Businesses with a water main break, a sewer backup or a failed restroom need units today to stay open: restaurants, stores, offices, churches and schools. Homes with a septic failure or no water need a unit before nightfall. Contractors need one before a crew starts.
Businesses serving food should add a hand wash station. Homeowners can keep the unit on a 28-day home rental until the repair is finished.
Questions renters ask before booking
Is same-day delivery guaranteed?
Same-day delivery depends on trucks and route time. Dispatch confirms on the call whether today is possible; if not, you get the earliest next slot.
Can I get an exact delivery time?
Drivers give a window, not an exact time, and call about 30 minutes before arriving. Ask for a morning or afternoon window when you book.
Is a same-day order refundable?
A same-day order can be canceled free until the truck is dispatched. Once the truck is on its way, the delivery fee is not refundable.
How much extra is same-day delivery?
The same-day fee is $75 per order on top of the unit and delivery charge.
