Permits and placement in Andalusia

Private yards, farms and job sites in Andalusia rarely need a permit for a porta potty. Units on a street, sidewalk or park need a nod from Andalusia City Hall first, and anything on a county road shoulder goes through Covington County.

Alabama requires portable toilets to meet the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 standard and to be pumped by a certified pumper (Ala. Admin. Code r. 420-3-1-.29). Every unit we place is serviced on that basis. County contact: Covington County official website.
