What do people in Troy rent porta potties for?

In Troy, most porta potty orders come from three places: graduation and game-day parties, student housing and campus-area construction, and TroyFest and Pioneer Days. Each one needs a different unit mix, placement and service schedule. The notes below give the setup that works for each.

Graduation and game-day parties

Private graduation parties and game-day gatherings at rental houses often top 50 guests. Book spring graduation weekends two weeks ahead.

Student housing and campus-area construction

Apartment and campus-area builds run long contracts. Crews over 20 need 1 seat and 1 urinal per 40 workers under OSHA Table D-1.

TroyFest and Pioneer Days

TroyFest on the downtown square has run since 1982, and Pioneer Days brings crowds each year. Sponsors stage units before streets close.

Which Troy neighborhoods and areas do you serve?

We place portable toilets all over Troy: The Square (Downtown Troy), Oak Park, Goshen area and the country roads between them. Every address in ZIP 36079 is on the same delivery route and the same price, so the only thing that changes is your access note for the driver.

Permits and placement in Troy

Private yards, farms and job sites in Troy rarely need a permit for a porta potty. Units on a street, sidewalk or park need a nod from Troy City Hall first, and anything on a county road shoulder goes through Pike County.

Alabama requires portable toilets to meet the ANSI/PSAI Z4.3 standard and to be pumped by a certified pumper (Ala. Admin. Code r. 420-3-1-.29). Every unit we place is serviced on that basis. County contact: Pike County official website.
